Provide parking consulting services for structured and surface parking facilities. Analyze proposed concepts for general parking arrangements, parking geometrics, design efficiency, ramping systems, points of ingress/egress and location of vertical transportation cores. Our services consider methods of design which will maximize parking capacity and functionality considering features which may affect the functional or operational integrity of the facility.

Provide comprehensive parking planning studies that can address existing parking, proposed new parking or combination. The array of studies includes, but not limited to, parking demand and utilization, feasibility studies, expansion studies, master planning, project budgeting, operational planning, etc.

Develop signage programs and associated documents for all parking areas indicating approximate locations of parking specific signs and the individual sign types. These signs will be for vehicular and pedestrian way finding within the garage but also address exterior signs within the established parking facility project limits.

Provide a host of Design/Build services including participation and assistance to the project team in development of project criteria drawings, performance specification and other project manual documents for the proposed parking design, construction, and delivery of parking facility. Aid in the selection of the Design Build Contractor and can provide continued services during the project delivery phase to keep ownership and the project team informed of project status as it relates to the functional and operational planning for the parking facility.

Develop comprehensive drawings, diagrams, and outline performance specification for proposed advanced parking technology systems including preparation and evaluation of solicitation documents. System designed based on ownership specified needs and clientele served.

Assist in researching and providing PGS options specific to the project to allow the client to make an informed decision on the type and level of parking guidance desired. Aid in the preparation, solicitation, and review/evaluation of proposals.

Work with Ownership and the Project Team to define parking operation and management objectives to determine specific requirements, guidelines, and objectives that the overall parking must provide. Assist in the parking operation management solicitation process including the development of Request for Proposals documents and evaluation of proposals received.

As project coordinator we provide administrative, management and related support services to coordinate the work of the project’s contractor. Coordinate contractor activities and responsibilities for completion of repair and/or renovations in accordance with Owner’s objectives, cost, time, and quality. Provide coordination/oversight from project kick-off through completion: schedule evaluation, record management, site coordination with contractor and ownership, progress meeting records, review impacts to repair and renovation, assist in evaluation and modification/changes, field inspections, etc.

Work with Ownership and the Project Team to define parking operation and management objectives to determine specific requirements, guidelines, and objectives that the overall parking must provide. Assist in the parking operation management solicitation process including the development of Request for Proposals documents and evaluation of proposals received.

Provide vehicle movement simulations studies and consulting services for structured and surface parking facilities. Analyze proposed parking concepts for general arrangements, geometrics, ramping areas, points of ingress/egress, location surrounding project elements, etc. for adequate vehicular circulation.

Available to provide a host of ancillary services upon request. Services may include but not limited to, site selection, structural system recommendations, ADA consultation, construction safety programming, parking during construction, code constraint review, help facilitate purchase of goods and services from vendors, etc.
